B. Ed. Admission Process

N. N. Ghosh Sanatan B.Ed. College, Jamuary, kanke, Ranchi invites applications for admission in two-year B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) program as per the guidelines of the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Ranchi University, and Government of Jharkhand. Admission is based on merit, eligibility, and reservation policies as per the prevailing norms.

Total Seats: 100 (Two Units: 50 + 50)

1. Online Registration

First of all visit the official website of JCECEB for Online Registration.

2. Application Form Submission

After registration, you will have to fill your personal and educational details, upload scanned documents and pay application fee online.

3. Entrance Exam

B.Ed. Entrance Exam is conducted by JCECEB in which questions are asked from language proficiency, reasoning ability and teaching aptitude.

4. Merit List And Counselling

A merit list will be released based on the basis of marks obtained in the entrance exam. After this, in the counselling process, you have to select the B.Ed colleges of your choice.

5. Seat Allotment

Your seats will be allotted on the basis of your marks in the merit list and the college options you choose.

6. Admission

As per the final seat allotment result, you have to take admission in the desired college.

7. Eligibility Criteria

  • • Graduation or Post Graduation with minimum 50% marks from any recognized University.
  • • 45% marks for candidates belonging to reserved categories (SC, ST, PWD)
  • • 55% marks for Engineering/Technology graduates with specialization in Science and Mathematics.
